Terms and Conditions

Limo Application

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1. Definitions

  • 1/1. Limo: An electronic application owned by Shareeki Ride Hailing Company, providing a smart platform that connects passengers with authorized drivers, enabling passengers to request transportation services easily and safely via their smartphones. The application aims to deliver a professional mobility experience that meets the needs of individuals and companies in a convenient and efficient way.
  • 1/2. Shareeki: Refers to Shareeki Ride Hailing Company, the owner and operator of the "Limo" application, responsible for its development and management, and owning all legal and technical rights related to it.
  • 1/3. Website: The official electronic platform that allows customers to access all information and services related to Limo, and review all inquiries and support through its official website: http://www.mylimoapp.com/.
  • 1/4. Pricing: Limo provides variable pricing based on the type of vehicle and services offered, allowing the needs of different customers to be met while ensuring fairness in pricing.
  • 1/5. Passengers: Refers to individuals using the "Limo" application to request transportation services from their chosen location to their destination, including anyone who makes a booking or actually uses the service.
  • 1/6. Drivers: Refers to individuals registered and authorized with the "Limo" application to provide transportation services using licensed vehicles, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, and after meeting the specific requirements set by Limo and the relevant authorities.
  • 1/7. Users: Individuals or entities that benefit from Limo's services through registering in the application or interacting with its official platforms, whether they are customers seeking transportation services or authorized drivers providing those services. The term includes anyone using the "Limo" application or its website in accordance with the approved terms and conditions.

2. Copyrights

Shareeki Ride Hailing Company, the owner of the Limo application, retains all intellectual property rights for the program, the application, and the associated trademarks.

3. Trademark Rights

No third party may use or exploit the trademark of the Limo application, or any logos, trade names, designs, or any other intellectual property rights owned by the application, in any form, without prior written permission from Limo's management. Any unauthorized use constitutes a clear infringement of the intellectual property rights owned by the application, entitling Limo's management to take all legal measures to protect its rights and seek compensation for any damages resulting from such infringement.

4. Content Policy

It is prohibited to publish content that violates local laws, contains inappropriate or offensive materials, promotes violence or hatred, or violates the privacy of any user, or any other content inconsistent with the laws of the Kingdom.

5. Licenses Granted

  • 5/1. Drivers are granted a temporary license to use the application under the terms specified in the general agreement.
  • 5/2. The referenced agreement terminates upon the expiration of Limo's license from the Transport General Authority.
  • 5/3. Users are granted rights to use the application and software.

6. Government Taxes

All fees and taxes, if applicable, are calculated in accordance with local regulations and Limo's approved policy. The passenger's acceptance of a ride constitutes implicit agreement to these fees.

Any type of discount does not apply to the company commission, VAT, or regulatory fees.

7. Legal Liability

Drivers and passengers bear legal responsibility for any accident or injury occurring during the use of the application's services.

8. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

  • 8/1. The Limo application is provided by Shareeki Ride Hailing Company, a Saudi company officially registered with the competent authorities. Shareeki confirms that it has obtained all necessary licenses to engage in ride-hailing activities via electronic applications within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These terms and conditions constitute a binding contractual relationship between Shareeki Ride Hailing Company and Limo application users, whether passengers or drivers. Downloading, installing, or using the Limo application constitutes the user's express agreement to comply fully with these terms and conditions.
  • 8/2. If you agree to these terms, you may use the Limo application, as these terms govern your relationship with Shareeki and your use of the Limo applications.

9. User Eligibility and Account Registration

  • 9/1. Eligibility: Limo services may only be used by individuals above 18 years of age. By installing the application and registering an account, users confirm they meet the legal age and all other requirements.
  • 9/2. Account Registration: To access Limo's services, you must create an account through the application and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to help Limo deliver its services effectively.
  • 9/3. Verification: Shareeki Ride Hailing Company takes verification measures, especially for drivers, to ensure the accuracy of information provided during account registration. This includes uploading required documents such as the national ID and driver's license, and may include verification of the mobile number linked to the user's account via the Absher platform, in accordance with applicable laws in Saudi Arabia and data protection regulations.
  • 9/4. To ensure the safety of both riders and female drivers, all drivers are required to upload a clear personal photo within the application. This photo is used solely for identity verification and driver recognition during trips, and it is not used for any purpose outside the scope of safety and security. Shareeki Ride-Hailing Company commits to: Protecting the image data and ensuring it is not shared with any unauthorized third party; Ensuring that the photo is used only to verify the driver's identity when needed within the app; Allowing riders to identify the driver before the trip begins to enhance trust and safety. Failure to upload a personal photo will prevent the activation of the driver's account and the ability to accept trips, in order to maintain the safety of all users.
  • 9/5. Educational Videos: To view instructional videos on how to use the application and learn about all its features, drivers may visit the company's official YouTube channel, where simplified tutorials are available to help them use the application correctly.

10. Driver Service Conditions

  • 10/1. Must hold a valid public driving license in accordance with the Traffic Law and its executive regulations.
  • 10/2. Must be of Saudi nationality.
  • 10/3. Must pass the medical examination specified by the Authority.
  • 10/4. Must hold a certificate of no criminal record.
  • 10/5. Must hold a training certificate approved by the Authority.
  • 10/6. Must drive the vehicle personally and is not permitted to allow others to drive the vehicle during trips.
  • 10/7. The driver bears full responsibility for all documents submitted.
  • 10/8. Must provide the Authority with requested information and data within the following periods: Urgent requests: within a maximum of six (6) hours from the time of the request. Other requests: within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the request.
  • 10/9. Must update the criminal record annually and submit it to the Limo management.
  • 10/10. Must display a "No Smoking" sign inside the vehicle.
  • 10/11. The driver must not smoke or allow passengers to smoke inside the vehicle.
  • 10/12. Must present all relevant documents when requested by service inspectors or those officially authorized for inspection.
  • 10/13. Must not permit others to drive the vehicle for ride-hailing activity.
  • 10/14. Must comply with the uniform approved by the Authority.
  • 10/15. Must safeguard passenger lost items, report them, and deliver them to the responsible party at Limo.
  • 10/16. Must comply with traffic rules under the Traffic Law and its executive regulations.
  • 10/17. Must not place non-hand luggage in the passenger cabin.
  • 10/18. Must ensure that the vehicle is equipped with all safety measures before beginning a trip.
  • 10/19. Must only pick up passengers from designated pedestrian curbs.
  • 10/20. Must assist persons with disabilities when boarding or alighting from the vehicle as much as possible.
  • 10/21. Must maintain personal hygiene and appearance, and observe public decency.
  • 10/22. Must uphold general etiquette and treat passengers with courtesy.
  • 10/23. Must not violate passenger privacy in any way.
  • 10/24. Must comply with any additional obligations determined by the Authority.

11. Vehicle Service Conditions

  • 11/1. Must meet the technical specifications and equipment requirements approved by the President of the General Transport Authority.
  • 11/2. Must be insured with coverage that includes civil liability toward third parties, including passengers, throughout the operating period, provided by a licensed insurance company in the Kingdom.
  • 11/3. Must undergo regular technical inspections during the operating period at authorized vehicle inspection centers in accordance with the Traffic Law.
  • 11/4. For ride-hailing activity, the vehicle must be directly owned by the driver or financed through an authorized financing entity, with the driver being the actual user. The President of the Authority may establish rules regarding delegation of vehicle use.
  • 11/5. For general taxi or airport taxi activity, the vehicle must be directly owned by the individual or financed through an authorized financing entity, with the individual being the actual user. The President of the Authority determines the approved specifications and the operational life of the vehicle.

12. Use of the Limo Application

  • 12/1. Prohibited conduct, unauthorized access, or interference: Users commit to using Limo in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, interference, and violation of privacy.
  • 12/2. Compliance with local laws: Users must comply with local traffic laws and regulations when using Limo in Saudi Arabia. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
  • 12/3. User obligations: Users are responsible for the consequences of their actions while using Limo. Any damage to the driver's vehicle or violation of local laws during the trip is the specific responsibility of the driver.

13. Trip Services

  • 13/1. Limo as an intermediary: Limo acts as an intermediary connecting passengers with drivers. Trip availability depends on supply and demand, and may vary by location, time, and demand factors.
  • 13/2. Payment: Users must pay the fare and any applicable additional fees as displayed in the Limo application. Accepted payment methods include cash, Mada debit cards, credit cards linked within the app, and approved e-wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other payment method approved by the app's management.
  • 13/3. Invoice: Users can access invoices and receipts through their registered accounts on the Limo application after each trip.

14. User Responsibilities and Safety

  • 14/1. Safety: Users are responsible for their own safety during trips. This includes properly wearing seat belts, refraining from disturbing the driver, and not smoking in the vehicle.
  • 14/2. Lost belongings: Passengers bear full responsibility for their personal belongings and are advised to check the vehicle before leaving.
  • 14/3. Disclaimer: Limo management fully disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during service use and has no obligation to compensate or return such belongings under any circumstances. Users are advised to contact the relevant security authorities if they lose valuable items.
  • 14/4. If an item is lost, the passenger must report it through the "My Trips" section or contact Limo support within 24 hours of the trip's end.
  • 14/5. Limo will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost items but cannot guarantee recovery. A nominal retrieval fee may be applied, and passengers bear any shipping or delivery costs.
  • 14/6. Drivers are required to hand over lost items to passengers or notify Limo management immediately upon finding them in the vehicle.
  • 14/7. Feedback: Limo encourages users to provide feedback on trips through their accounts in order to improve service quality. Users may share their opinions through the app after completing a trip.

15. Emergencies

  • 15/1. Accidents: In case of an accident, drivers and passengers must comply with local laws and regulations. Limo will not be liable for any accidents, and the parties involved must resolve issues according to the law. Any damages should be handled through the driver's insurance.
  • 15/2. Disputes: Limo encourages a respectful and courteous environment among all app users. Any disputes or altercations arising between passengers and drivers must be reported to Limo for review and appropriate action, including temporary or permanent account suspension or legal steps if the dispute escalates. Limo reserves the right to provide relevant authorities with trip-related information upon request. Limo fully disclaims responsibility for any disputes or disagreements arising between users (passengers and drivers) unless officially requested by competent authorities to intervene with specific documents or data within its scope.
  • 15/3. Fare evasion: The passenger is obligated to pay for the service provided. Fleeing without paying the fare is considered a violation classified as theft. Drivers are encouraged to immediately report to the relevant authorities and Limo support team. Limo is not responsible for compensating the driver for the trip value and may deduct it from their wallet. If it is proven that the driver did not take proper reporting measures or deliberately enabled or colluded in the passenger's escape, the driver is not entitled to any trip fees, and Limo disclaims responsibility and reserves the right to deduct the full amount from the driver's wallet.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

  • 16/1. Privacy Policy: The collection, storage, and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://mylimoapp.com/privacy. Users expressly agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • 16/2. Location Data: Users agree to the collection and use of location data for the purpose of providing trip services. Location data may be shared with drivers for trip purposes.
  • 16/3. Data Security: Limo relies on industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, users should be aware that complete data security cannot be guaranteed for internet data transmission. Limo will make reasonable efforts to maintain data security, and in case of a breach, relevant authorities will be notified.
  • 16/4. Dash Camera Recording: Some vehicles used to provide Limo services may be equipped with interior dash cameras that record video and audio inside the vehicle for safety purposes, driver and rider protection, complaint handling, and incident investigation. By using Limo services, you acknowledge and agree to the possible presence of these cameras inside the vehicle and consent to being recorded and the use of such recordings when necessary, including sharing with relevant authorities or for safety and incident verification purposes. Recordings are retained for a limited period only before being securely deleted and are not used for any purposes other than those mentioned.

17. Email and Text Messages

  • 17/1. By creating an account, users agree to receive emails and text messages as part of the normal course of using Limo services.
  • 17/2. Emails and text messages may include (but are not limited to) service updates, promotional offers, important announcements, and transaction information related to trips.
  • 17/3. Limo ensures that email and text message communications comply with privacy regulations, and user information is handled securely.
  • 17/4. Users are encouraged to update their contact information to receive relevant communications.

18. User Acknowledgment of No Account Sharing

  • 18/1. Account sharing is strictly prohibited without explicit consent from Limo.
  • 18/2. Users must not allow anyone else to use their account credentials, including username and password.
  • 18/3. Sharing personal information, such as login details, is considered a violation of security protocols and may result in immediate account suspension.
  • 18/4. Any suspicious activity related to account sharing must be reported to Limo customer support for investigation.
  • 18/5. Unauthorized account sharing may result in penalties, fines, or permanent account suspension.
  • 18/6. In case of permanent account suspension, users will be prevented from creating a new account.

19. Performance Monitoring

  • 19/1. Limo reserves the right to monitor the performance and conduct of both drivers and passengers.
  • 19/2. Monitoring may include (but is not limited to) collecting photos, documents, and other relevant data to assess compliance with Limo policies.
  • 19/3. Performance monitoring aims to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of services we provide to all users and to confirm their compliance with terms and conditions.
  • 19/4. Limo may use its employees or third-party agents to conduct monitoring activities.
  • 19/5. Access to Limo platforms may be restricted, and accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended based on performance monitoring results.
  • 19/6. Users acknowledge cooperating with monitoring efforts and promptly providing any required information.
  • 19/7. Monitoring is conducted to maintain high service standards, ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and address any issues related to user conduct.

20. Repair and Cleaning Fees

  • 20/1. User responsibility for vehicle condition: Users (drivers and passengers) are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle during the trip.
  • 20/2. Exemption: Limo exempts itself from any responsibility for losses or damages resulting from the use of its services.

21. Modifications to Terms

Limo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, and continued use of the Limo application after changes constitutes agreement to those changes.

22. Termination and Suspension

  • 22/1. Limo reserves the right to terminate or suspend the user's access to the "Limo" application at any time and for any reason, such as violation of these terms.
  • 22/2. Investigations: Limo may investigate user conduct that violates these terms. During an investigation, the user's account may be temporarily closed.

23. Passenger Complaint Handling Procedure

  • The passenger submits a complaint through the application on their own behalf.
  • The support team reviews complaints daily and responds to and follows up on the passenger's complaint.
  • A response is sent to the passenger via the application or by phone call to resolve the issue.

Time Period: One to five business days.

24. Driver Complaint Handling Procedure

Procedures:

  • The driver submits a complaint through the application on their own behalf.
  • The support team reviews complaints daily and responds to and follows up on the driver's complaint.
  • A response is sent to the driver via the application or by phone call to resolve the issue.

Time Period: One to five business days.

25. Driver Supervision Mechanism

  • 25/1. Drivers are informed in the terms and conditions through messages that Limo will suspend them from work if any of these problems recur.
  • 25/2. Passengers are informed in the terms and conditions to immediately report any driver impersonating another person.
  • 25/3. If the company discovers a driver committing this violation, they will be suspended.
  • 25/4. Shareeki Ride Hailing Company, through the monitoring team, conducts random trips to verify both matters: that the driver is personally conducting the trip and that the vehicle complies with the regulations.
  • 25/5. Limo reserves the right to randomly verify the driver's identity during trips by requesting a live photo of the driver during the trip. Identity verification is performed manually and electronically according to the app's approved internal policies. If it is found that the driver is not personally conducting the trip, Limo reserves the right to take regulatory measures, which may include account suspension and preventing future registration.

26. Deduction Values and Driver Payment Mechanism

  • 26/1. 2.50 SAR plus fee tax of 0.37 SAR is deducted from the driver if the trip value is 15 SAR or less.
  • 26/2. 3.50 SAR plus fee tax of 0.52 SAR is deducted from the driver if the trip value is more than 15 SAR.
  • 26/3. A regulatory fee of 0.58 SAR is applied per trip and is automatically collected according to approved regulations.
  • 26/4. Driver earnings are issued weekly on Sunday of each week. If Sunday falls on an official holiday, the issuance of earnings is postponed to the first business day after the holiday ends. The earnings value is transferred to the driver's bank account registered with "Limo" within two business days from the date of earnings issuance, after calculating total trips and deducting applicable deductions. Please note that the periods mentioned above are not binding on Limo management and are subject to internal policy.

27. Compensations and Passenger Refund Mechanism

  • 27/1. In case of trip cancellation by the driver, the paid amount, if any, is returned to the passenger's Limo wallet or bank account according to Limo's approved refund policy.
  • 27/2. Cancellation: If the driver cancels the trip after more than (5) minutes have passed since arriving at the starting location, an amount of (5) SAR is deducted from the passenger's wallet (if sufficient balance is available), and the driver is compensated with this amount directly by "Limo". If there is insufficient balance in the passenger's wallet, they are prevented from requesting a new trip until they pay the penalty.
  • 27/3. In case of a traffic accident – God forbid – during the trip, passengers have the right to claim a refund of the amount paid as trip value. In this case, they must contact "Limo" management through official approved channels to submit a refund request with the necessary trip data and accident details. "Limo" is committed to reviewing the request and taking necessary measures according to approved policies.
  • 27/4. Trip cancellation by the passenger due to driver or vehicle data differing from the data shown in the application: The passenger receives discount coupons and the paid amount, if any, is returned to the passenger's wallet or bank account registered with Limo.
  • 27/5. In case of trip cancellation for any reason and payment was made via "Apple Pay", the paid amount is refunded to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days, in accordance with Apple Pay wallet operating requirements and its approved refund mechanism.
  • 27/6. Trip cancellation by the passenger due to vehicle uncleanliness with evidence: The passenger receives discount coupons and the paid amount, if any, is returned to their wallet or bank account registered with Limo.
  • 27/7. If the vehicle breaks down during the trip or the driver refuses to complete the trip for unjustified reasons, the passenger is compensated with a free replacement trip.
  • 27/8. Trip cancellation by the passenger if the trip is delayed beyond the time specified in the application according to the period specified in the licensee's discount policy: The passenger is satisfied with discount coupons.

28. Driver Suspension

Shareeki Ride Hailing Company has the right to temporarily suspend the driver's account for (30) thirty days in the following cases:

  • If the number of valid complaints related to safety, security, and service quality exceeds (5) five complaints within (30) thirty days from the date of the first complaint.
  • If the number of trips cancelled by the driver after acceptance exceeds (5) five trips within (30) thirty days from the date of the first cancellation.

29. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

30. Disasters

Limo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms resulting from any event beyond its reasonable control in case of force majeure circumstances beyond Limo's control.

31. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • 31/1. Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Limo regarding the use of Limo applications.
  • 31/2. Severability: If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  • 31/3. Waiver: Limo's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
  • 31/4. Contact Information: For any questions, concerns, or notices related to these terms, please contact us through the Limo app support team.
  • 31/5. By using the "Limo" application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these detailed terms and conditions. For any questions or concerns, please contact us through the technical support team or approved communication channels.
