By accessing or using the Limo Ride-Hailing app ('the App') provided by Shareeki Company ('the Company'), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and will comply with these Terms.

3. Registration and User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Payment

• The App allows users to request limo services from third-party providers. The Company does not provide transportation services but facilitates the booking process.
• Users agree to pay for the services as per the rates displayed in the App. Payments may be processed through the App, and you agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the specific limo service provider. Users are encouraged to review and understand the cancellation and refund policies of the selected provider before making a booking.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Use the App in any way that may disrupt, damage, or impair the App's functionality or interfere with other users' use of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or any person involved in providing services through the App.

6. Privacy

The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without prior written consent from the Company.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or the services provided by third-party limo service providers.
• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the App, including but not limited to any injuries, accidents, or disputes that may occur during transportation services.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at its discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
